Crowne Plaza Ballroom Buffet Albuquerque

I recently attended the Christmas dinner at Champaign and it exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like a holiday celebration, with live music adding a touch of sophistication. The ambience was lovely, with each table adorned with a festive centerpiece and red napkins folded into flowers. The staff treated us like royalty, making for a memorable and elegant Christmas experience.

We had a good experience on Thanksgiving, but Christmas was not as enjoyable. The food and service were not up to par compared to Thanksgiving. Our waitress was difficult to find and seemed annoyed by our requests, unlike the wonderful service we received on Thanksgiving. The food was also disappointing in comparison. Hopefully this was just an off day and they improve next time.

Our family, consisting of 8 to 10 members, visits this restaurant every year as a tradition. This year, we were disappointed to find that there was no table service. We had to call over a new waiter on his first day, who took our glasses and returned them with champagne, which we found to be gross as we were unsure if they were even ours. Unfortunately, we missed out on the lobster legs and waffles that we were looking forward to. Additionally, we were disappointed by the cold coffee and the lack of table servers around.

Great Value! The food was nice and hot as well as the background music being I nice touch. Great for kids and if you don't want to cook a Thanksgiving meal.

The Champaign Christmas dinner was what I expected as a past customer. It felt like a Christmas Holiday. The live music gave it a classical touch. It took away the process of fighting abandonment depression and replaced it with a warm, elegant, dinner. The atmosphere very attractive with each table having it's own holiday centerpiece surrounded by place setting of holiday red napkins forming a flower creating a festive table. The staff treated us like royalty. It made a very lovely Christmas for us
