eating was great, hot and fresh, but waiting at this place is less than to wish, it was about 25 minutes waiting, but I feel like it was maybe personal problems...

they always close the lobby before 17 clock wasted your time not. then they don't even like to take their order unless they have a car. go on the road.

"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The marinara is beyond delicious and the meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. Unfortunately I ordered carbonara with grilled chicken and didn't have any chicken with my carbonara. They charged me for the chicken and left it off. The fried cheese and ravioli on the combo platter was greasy and tasteless the mushrooms and zucchini were delicious. The garlic cheese bread was so good, very garlicky. I ordered a Caesar salad and I couldn't eat it, very little salad and they had put it in the same bag as the pasta so it was all wilted and the croutons were soggy. Not very appetizing!!!"

"Had the signature O Ramen bowl with pork. I felt like trying to hurt myself so ordered at a 5 of 5 spicy level. It had a little kick but nothing to write home about. The broth was super flavorful and a great meal overall. Next time I'll just have to tell them to try ro hurt me on the spiciness."

"Long time customer of Fan Tang and even Chows (same chain, when it existed and the owner had always gone out of his way to make it a vegan (and gluten free! friendly place. Lots of options, clearly labeled. Best tofu in town. Can't wait for Montgomery location to open."

"We had the best waiter and food experience ever! I’ve been to this Texas Roadhouse before, but the one experience I just had today is making me write this review. His name was Bobby and it’s a shame my wife and I had plans after we ate, or else we would’ve been there all night. His hospitality to take care of us and ask consistently if we needed refills or more rolls is what the embodiment of what EVERY SINGLE TEXAS ROADHOUSE needs. I was throughly surprised by such devotion, and hard work to really give the ultimate customer service. I have absolutely no complaints. Never change"
