a great buffet experience! since I became vegan, I thought I would give up Indian buffets I always loved. but naan and dosa had six vegan choices on the buffet, and they were marked! there were sweetsepakora, idli and sesameable, two sweet dishes (including a fantastic saag dish with cheeks), and delicious yellow torts. all were fantastic. to round it off, the staff brought me two doses, because the naan is not vegan... The tiki masala tasted like it was made with tomato soup base. Not the best Indian food I have had in Albuquerque but not the worst either. The garlic naan was delicious. Perhaps it was just an off night. View all feedback.
