First timer. I was visiting my sister in Albuquerque to celebrate her 55th birthday. The service was outstanding but the food was warm not hot. I ordered the Crispy Atlantic Salmon. Our waiter mentioned that it is normally served medium rare but I prefer medium well which I relayed. When I received the salmon, it was was rare. I had to send it back to be cooked more. read more.
