My staff and I experienced our first time in Pillito con Papas and it was amazing! The owner was inviting. They treated us with so much love and care. As you can see the love they have for each other, as he shared their journey and culture with us. Good service. The food was delicious. I liked the chicken stuffed potatoes the best. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because I got a bone in my chimichanga. But that won’t keep me from going back

The weekend for lunch. Was able to find a table when we arrived. Working, but not too busy. Service was good. Really enjoyed the food. Without the Aji pepper sauce some things come as dry and/or blande. It's very good with sauce. Tryed the purple chicha potion. It is very sweet, best divided with others in small portions. Very good.
Great food? my meal was straight fire. The green sauce slapped. 5/5 would eat again.
I've never had Peruvian cuisine before, but this place is a hidden gem. All the food I had was super flavorful and the owners were very passionate about their food and restaurant. I will definitely be back to try more. I LOVED all the sauces.
