Had a wonderful dinner in celebration of my daughters birthday. Joshua was wonderful. He was patient and answer all of our questions. The food was delicious especially the new sweet potato ice cream View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rancher's Club Of New Mexico:
Horrible, I felt ripped off. Also we weren't sat until an hour after reservation. Scallops was a scallop sliced thin with radish. Just not at all with the price. Longhorn is better View all feedback.
I gave a lower rating due to the confusion with our reservation at Ranchers Club restaurant. Unfortunately, they are currently not open for business or accepting reservations. Despite this setback, we were excited for a nice steak dinner before the live entertainment scheduled for the evening. Upon arrival, we were seated in the Ranchers Club Lounge, which was in the midst of a "soft-reopening". The venue itself is stunning and the service, despite being short-staffed with only one employee, was excellent. They are still working through some challenges with their reopening and are facing difficulties in finding reliable staff (a common issue these days). The drinks were fantastic, the food was delicious, and the entertainment was top-notch. We are hopeful that this positive experience marks a successful reopening for the Lounge and eventually the entire restaurant.
After making my reservation and you having me verify by text and email several times, my wife and I got dressed up per your dress code. To take her to a special mothers day dinner, only to arrive and find the restaurant closed. I asked 2 hotel employees outside the locked restaurant doors, at a bar. As to why it was closed and they thought it was funny. WOW you suck.
I made a reservation through OpenTable for a restaurant that turned out to be closed and had not been open for some time. They were hoping to reopen the week after my reservation. I have been using OpenTable for reservations for years, but trusting them for my wife's special day with a reservation at a closed restaurant is completely unacceptable! We ended up eating at Sonic Drive-In because it was difficult to find another nice restaurant open at that time of night. The QA system is broken, and my trust in the company is now lost. I will no longer be using OpenTable.
The restaurant is not currently operational. It only opens occasionally for special events.
I was disappointed bc decor was super outdated and food taste and presentation was subpar for the high price. Not “upscale” as expected for our anniversary dinner. Waiter was very friendly though. No complaints on service
