What Paige Starr Savage likes about Sopa Loca:

What Emma Jesse doesn't like about Sopa Loca:
They are very VERY rude. I am a uber eats driver. The order was not ready, which is fine (even though the order was just 2 soups), but they made a point to come out and tell me off for standing near the designated pick up area, despite their entire dinning room being completely empty (I was not in the way, I was simply standing mear the bar instead of sitting). Would never eat here and will not take orders from here... View all feedback.

"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The marinara is beyond delicious and the meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. Unfortunately I ordered carbonara with grilled chicken and didn't have any chicken with my carbonara. They charged me for the chicken and left it off. The fried cheese and ravioli on the combo platter was greasy and tasteless the mushrooms and zucchini were delicious. The garlic cheese bread was so good, very garlicky. I ordered a Caesar salad and I couldn't eat it, very little salad and they had put it in the same bag as the pasta so it was all wilted and the croutons were soggy. Not very appetizing!!!"
