My wife and I have dined here several times. We love the staff, the ambience and the food. Absolutely fantastic sushi and sushi restaurant. You can't go wrong with the Blow Pop. Went here for the 1st time a few days ago. Everything was going good until I got served the worst cut salmon nigiri I have ever had. I ordered one piece to make sure it was good before ordering more. The 1st piece was perfect so I ordered 2 more. The next 2 were cut WITH the grain instead of against it which makes it chewy. I have never been served salmon nigiri like this before.
