Why does the Caring Cup close so early?? Research staff at the med school work til after 5 pm often and it used to be nice to go over there and take a break in the afternoon and have a good coffee. Neither locations nor the Healthy Heart bistro do anything for HSC staff working afternoons and into early evening at this institution. View all feedback.

Ordered plain coffee, tasted like dirty water, will not come back for your coffee

"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"First time trying this place and I really liked it. They have different choices of sauces they can add to your order. I got the Dungeness crab cluster with Crackin' sauce hot. It wasn't very hot where you could not enjoy your food and it was a great flavor. We also ordered the peeled and deveined shrimp with Lemon Pepper which was also really good. I would return as well as recommend this restaurant. We added the sausage and corn to our boils and the corn was so good and very sweet, I would suggest these additions also. Pricenis reasonable and of course based on market value of the seafood you order. If you read my review, please hit the like button. Thank you"
