What User doesn't like about Cafe Figueroa 22:
Shameful treatment by the waiter. A daily day, 2:50 p.m. and 10 minutes watching me sitting outside and ignoring going out. When he finally does, he tells me I can't eat anything except a sandwich or tortilla skewer.
