The second time I've been to a TBG and I do see a clear pattern, it's the most disgusting restaurant you can ever be in. I'm biased because I do take a lot of care with higiene specially when it comes to Covid. All the restaurants have buzzers that are given to you to go back when your order is done. It is a pretty good place to eat hamburgers if you like the great taste of meat and truffle in your mouth, or the chicken and mayonnaise together. Love it
