"What a disappointment! But only with the service. If anything, the excellent food seemed too cheap, particularly when you consider the fantastic location. I have been a frequent visitor to this restaurant and my last visit (2nd May) was a disaster. We asked to eat outside (something that I have done a number of times before) but ‘apparently’ that was not possible! We ordered some bubbles and both starters and mains. Two of our party had finished our starters before the other starters arrived. The bubbles didn’t materialise although the glasses did. When I reminded the young lady about the bubbles, she gave the international sign of having forgotten and to our total amazement, plonked an unopened bottle on our table as she passed! We subsequently opened and served ourselves. It was a good job that we drank it fairly rapidly, as there was no cooler offered. There was a similar problem with serving our mains and we were served two wrong orders that were of course meant for other tables. Such a shame. It could be fantastic. Hey ho!!"

"We went for the weekend with another family with kids, stayed at the hotel, ate all our meals at this restaurant, and everything was fabulous! We were a complicated dietary group (I'm ovo-lacto vegetarian, our friend was lactose intolerant, etc. but the meals never ceased to be delicious and very varied. I'm a foreigner who has lived in Spain 14 years now, and I'm used to eating fried eggs and potatoes all weekend when I go to the countryside in Spain (because there is a lack of awareness about vegetarianism in general once you leave the bigger cities , but this place was great. The cook was the sweetest lady, always looking out for us. Great value, as well."

"Had an excellent late lunch on a quiet Thursday afternoon in september. the staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. the food was delicious and portions were generous. in general, the feeling of the place is very modern and contemporary quite unusual, here to find out as far as the settings go, this is quite fabulous in the shadow of the high trees in the picturesque júcar canyon, they sit at a beautiful pool formed by a great rifle, most of the exterior are on a part of a broken old bridge. the picturesque town of jorquera sits on the cliffs above and is worth seeing our Spanish is limited, we were very happy to find that there is no problem in English served when they are in the opposite, or everywhere in the vicinity, they take a small distraction to this place and treat them."
