i’ve been here a few times and the employees have a hard time implying to what u asked for. they ring up the wrong drink and don’t change it to give u what u initially said. for an example i said an iced white chocolate mocha but they gave me hot, wouldn’t change it. then another time i said the same thing, iced white chocolate mocha, but they gave me a nitro, wouldn’t change it. it’s one thing when it only happened...
