What mats22749 doesn't like about Hawai:
Not impressive. I asked about gluten-free options and the first waiter responded with “we have asparagus”. Talking to a second waiter we could order a gluten-free Pasta carbonara. After a few minutes the waiter came to out table and informed us about a big problem. The carbonara had cream and apparently it was not gluten free. I had to ask a series of questions about milk and dairy products, and was able to convince... View all feedback.

"My husband says it was the best lamb he’s ever tasted, but overall being a tasting menu I’m impressed that I loved every single item, which is rare but the chef knows flavour! We happened upon it when the nearby cellar restaurant was closed on a Wednesday and we’re lucky enough to be given the last table. What a wonderful treat and we’ve left the restaurant’s cards in our hotel 10mins down the road in Selva so others can enjoy it. We later stayed at a 5* hotel and not one of their dishes came close to the taste. Wish we could go back!"
