What Paul S doesn't like about Pato Pekin:
we were persuaded to take the buffet which was awful so when we told them we wanted the full menu were told no cos you paying for buffet!!! we scoffed what was on the plate and left which was good as we were back in the hotel when nature called!!! we wont be recommending this one. "My husband says it was the best lamb he’s ever tasted, but overall being a tasting menu I’m impressed that I loved every single item, which is rare but the chef knows flavour! We happened upon it when the nearby cellar restaurant was closed on a Wednesday and we’re lucky enough to be given the last table. What a wonderful treat and we’ve left the restaurant’s cards in our hotel 10mins down the road in Selva so others can enjoy it. We later stayed at a 5* hotel and not one of their dishes came close to the taste. Wish we could go back!"
