The room was clean, nice staff and comfortable bed. They did upgrade us however it wasn’t much of an upgrade. My husband and I are IHG members and we have stayed in better IHG rooms with an upgrade. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Holiday Inn Express Suites Langley:
Travelled here with family for one night and won’t be back . The room was dirty and bed sagged and pillows were in need of replacing. But worst part was we have kids and they wanted to swim . Well for some reason this hotel has private swimming lessons and outside guests coming in so good luck using the pool. You pay a lot of money to stay here to use the facilities they should be for hotel guests only ! View all feedback.
