Beautiful experience, but on a weekday, when the crowd is less, the enthusiasm is also low n may some food choice a little less. I was thinking to give 2 star but it’s a 5 star hotel. As a guess we deserve more than a poor manager skill that could make a customer experience bit better it doesn’t take much effort from a well trained manager to do it. The only reason.
