you can charge whatever you like. people would be interesting just in a good service , luxury food, drinks and feeling comfortable they will pay for it whatever the price is. using strategy keeping the poor away( minimum charge)it's a very old fashioned and gives a very bad impression about business, people have money they don't like to pay for a service they didn't get it.
