What Brannon Casper doesn't like about Chef Guo:
I must say odd location but once inside you'd never know it. Food was excellent. Rare to have the actual chef actually making the food as opposed to never being there. While Chef Guo may not be a well known celebrity chef here in the US he appears to be in China and having him working in the kitchen involved in every course was refreshing and exciting.
