Today, 23 July 2023, at 1125 am, I ordered two signature iced coffees. Both were missing the flavor ingredients and tasted like old, unsweetened coffee with whip cream on top. The coffee that comes with toppings had none and the unenthusiastic guy moping behind the counter said, “we don’t have toppings, have a good day.” After four sips, the disappointment was over since the entire cup was filled to the rim with ice....
