Pretty good service and atmosphere. Tamale was super dry and crumb and while the salsa was ok taste wise, it was almost the same as ketchup spice wise. Food is moderate (Salty meat and they went overboard with onions and cucumbers for the cocktail), drinks are ok, price for what you get is overpriced... However, service was based on my experience based on what I experienced with my server, which seemed to prefer Caucasian customers over their African American customers. So unnecessary to say we will never eat there again! read more.

Look forward to the diverse, delicious Mexican cuisine, traditionally prepared with corn, beans and chilies (hot peppers), there are also fine vegetarian recipes in the menu. After the meal (or during it), you can still relax at the bar with a alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink.

"One of my favorite light-lunchboxes in dc. they have in the ground themselves rice, nudel and or salat bowl with a southeast Asian flair. A.k.a dressings are more fish sauce and acid-based, which is delicious and refreshing, but still tasteful. when I first visited, I think it was one of the owners who worked the front so that there was a little more love in the salat than my new visit, but the employee helped me this time was still very friendly. the chicken salad is always a winner and they can choose how sharp they want it. they also have a series of vegan dressings and various protein options or even a kicherbsen curry when they look different. the star of my visit was this time the buttersemolina cake. this cache was so soft and creamy with a warm fat syrup, and the nuts and light texture of the smolina really works in this cake. an extremely decadent way to finish and otherwise light meal"

"Pretty delicious food!! The place was a little small for seating area, but the food came out hot and ready. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Me and my friends, did a family style meal and tried a lil bit of a few things on the menu. No regrets!! Plus this place is right off the metro too"
