What User likes about Portales:
Great nightlife vibes here, alternating between a fun live band and DJ. The cover fee is not bad and the beverage prices are decent. The chicken emanadas are delicious and make my mouthwater think about them. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Portales:
A beautiful place where Sagres Construction had there Christmas party this year. Very spacious and comfortable atmosphere capable of holding over 200 people. I greatly look forward to my next visit and they're incredible menu. Recommended for most anywhere. ~V. View all feedback.
