3.2.22 Came for the first time around 5:40 P.M. The waiting time was 20 mins. no big deal at all. There was a guy out that was talking to a lot of the patrons outside he sounds like Luke Bryan. I am not sure if he runs the place, but he seemed hospitable to all. Lol! I enjoyed the bisque and fried catfish. I will be back to try the boiled crawfish and gumbo! The was a bit salty and tough to chew. I won't get the shrimp again. Great Staff friendly and fun folks. Beautiful interior and table decorum.

Honestly, every time I come to this town I come to swamp daddy's for Crawfish. I come because the food is great. Unfortunately, last nights service from the waiter was subpar. Maybe it's due to the fact that a table of 8 or more the gratuity is included. She had no reason to give even mediocre service, but she did less than that.
