The customer service here is terrible. I had to wait a long time because they couldn't access my account for my free smoothie after scanning it. Then, the staff refused to add my own supplement to my drink. I'm a regular at the King-St location, and they always allow me to do that. This location is disappointing and definitely needs new management. View all feedback.
