Thanks to the Chef of the day and the very Nice man at the counter for giving us another very Good reason for visiting this part of Spain again. We had seven tapas dishes, four sort of traditional dishes which were state of the art, both in presentation and taste, and three very original and taste- exploding ones which were top of the notch with regards to inspiration and creativity.
