It's a bit of a shabby place, but the deals are great! You can buy 2 bahn mi sandwiches and get one free, basically making each one, $4. And the milk tea is buy one get one free which forces you to get an extra one if you just want one at $5.50, but you can always save one for another day, which is perfectly fine for me! Waited ages for the sandwich despite being not that busy. Very poor quality bread, dry bbq pork. The sandwich was as a dry as the desert, no mayo no nothing. And it wasn't even warm. Worst banh mi I've ever had, should have went across the street but I wanted to eat in rather take away. They just don't care. Look at the photo Jason posted below that's what I got too.
