What Wanderer20437203629 doesn't like about Azul Playa:
Service very rude and showing no respect for clients and commitments. We booked a table few days in advance inside the restaurant. Reached 10 minutes in advance and found that our table was already taken. Waiters said it had been a mistake and given our table to another client. Only chance was to wait for 1 hour. Surprisingly we found the same mistake with a couple that reached while we were complaining. View all feedback.
Beautiful location and food. They kindly went off the menu to let me order a prawn paella (with shells off) for one person, so I'm hugely grateful. Would return
