Had dinner as a group of 5. We had the trinchado which came with a generous portion of fries, plus a couple of Argentinian steaks which were to die for. 3 dishes between 5 of us plus fries, salads and vegetables on the side. Excellent all around. The service was lovely and authentic. The place is not on the front strip and looks quite basic, so presumably has to work harder to get and keep its clientele. It was quiet... What Luis Tejada doesn't like about La Casa De Matias:
Not really a niche for any type of food. I ordered a steak and it came and it was nice a good 4/5 . Tender but the chips were oven chips. The kids meals were 9.90 each... this was chicken strips and chips and spaghetti with a tomatoes sauce on it. Granted the strips were brilliant and tasty but the spaghetti was so average. Neither were worth 9.90 each. The pizzas that my daughter and wife got I have to say were poor... View all feedback.
