What Deborah Woods doesn't like about Subway:
The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 was not an option. I ordered on line at 10:45 and requested 11:20 pick up time as my lunch is from 11:30 to 12:00. Get here to pick it up with receipt that payment approved AND NO FOOD. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN MAKE IT UNLESS I PAID...thank goodness a friend was there to use her debit card. Seriously, why offer on line ordering ahead of time? Won't make this mistake again, there... View all feedback.
