While I am a huge fan of Bruster's Ice Cream, the Hopewell location seems to fall short of my expectations. Any time we are in that area we like to stop and grab milk shakes. The problem is that about 1 out of 3 times we receive them they are more like a scoop of ice cream dropped into milk. You can taste the milk over the flavoring.
