This is constructive criticism, you cannot put a chicken service on request and have people wait at the door for 1 hour watching at least 20 people pass in front of you because they have placed a previous order. This steakhouse has been here a long time and has always been on a first come, first served basis. I think they should give that a spin and think of a better way to do it. This is certainly not the way, a very bad atmosphere is generated, even when I was in line they told me that one day there was a fight. Hopefully there will be some change. All the best.
