Where is the Casa Pancho from before? Good product but scarce, poor and very expensive. We're talking pork, not Angus beef. You ask for a plate of scraps and what they bring you is a plate covered with 4 thin slices and a few pieces of cheese... and on top of that you have to pay for the bread separately!
