Heerlijke patat van verse aardappelen! Vaker gegeten. Met supergevoelige kinderen (al klachten onder norm van 20ppm) gaat het hier altijd goed. We bestellen patat zonder zout (eigen zout mee omdat volgens de medewerker ooit iemand klachten kreeg en de zout verdacht) en eten er appelmoes bij.

Echte Vlaamse friet met saus. Ze verkopen geen snacks dus daardoor geen zorgen over het vet

The staff are so lovely and knowledgeable! The beer.... well clearly the best in Alkmaar because of the amount of different beers they have. Wait until you see the terrace, AMAZING!!

Nice terrace on the water. Large choice of beers. Good advices to pick yours. Best place in Alkmaar to enjoy some typical Dutch spirit! We always bring our foreigners guests here for some tasteful beers and a plate of local snacks.

Good service, nice people and lots of different types of beer. What more do you need During rush hours it can get a bit packed, I recommend going early. There is also a beer museum above the bar, you can take a tour that will end with a beer tasting in the bar.
