I did not find staff using gloves/tongs for handling food. I assume that it is one odd case of 'a be ration'. Cleanliness in store was just average. Also, i could see some customers entering billing & cooking area (which is normally locked). This affects overall hygiene as no customer would go inside with cap & gloves. View all feedback.
came to kfc for a quiet lunch. unfortunately, they served cold eating, although they asked to warm classic burger.
