"This restaurant wasn't on my shortlist to visit but I walked past it on the way from my hotel to the centre of town; it's a couple of minutes from the inner ring road but worth the visit. Felt very welcome in a place with a modern feel and chose from a fixed price menu 24 euros for two courses. The first was a duck/potato terrine with chutney and other accompaniments delicious and then I had a pork casserole which had bags of flavour. I didn't need a dessert although they looked very good. Service was a nice balance between attentive and laid back. Nice glass of Bergerac too."

"C'est un restaurant où la cuisine est originale en rapport aux autres du village , le patron est seul a servir ce qui explique l'attente , sa femme cuisine très bien , ce sont des gens accueillants et affables .Le menu est a un prix très correct , le café est compris dedans ! Nous y allons régulièrement et ne sommes jamais déçus , c'est un restaurant a recommander quand on a le temps mais si vous prévenez que vous êtes pressés tout s'accélère ...madame Debat"

"Very disappointed! We often enjoy a fabulous lunch at a 'workers' restaurant in nearby 'Quatre Chemins' but thought we would visit here for a change. The restaurant is divided, really, which seems like segregation, where only workers enjoy the multi course bargain menu. Non workers, as deemed by le 'madam' must pay for a normal two course / three course option at a considerable premium while watching 'les travaillers' enjoy the same, 'plus plus plus' including wine and coffee, but for mic less? Surely such division is illegal in an 'egalitarian' France? If you are not a worker, you pay more for less?Hmmm. The food wasn't really worth the price hike either. Give this place a miss. They need to get real. You can't choose who eats what and for what price!"
