What June Rau doesn't like about Detroit Wing Company:
a chicken. clean space with friendly service. we ordered the classic (w/bone) 12 pieces, the sauce on it was great. however once we in the huh, it was pink and slim. the outside was crisp with the delicious sauce on it, but they didn't boil the chicken thoroughly. from 12 pieces were 10 pieces like that. we ate the two and we dried the 10. we discovered this house and it was too far from the restaurant to come back....
