I?ve always loved chick fil a, came here for years but after my experience at this location I will never go back. I did a mobile order when I came around they told me my card was declined (it wasn?t) the transaction went through which they should?ve seen this, yet I was charged twice?.customer service got back to me about a week or two later after I had already disputed through my bank. So far I love the attitude and attention of the workers here, although they sometimes mix orders. overall it is a good fast food experience. This is a partial review. Reason why is because only base on drive-thru. Also and very inportant, avoid rush hour if you only eat a bit fast, as popularity of the place creates long waiting line from time to time.
