My group of 18 cyclists and support crew recently stopped by Shorebird Coffee Hut during our bike ride from Ayr to Derry-Londonderry. Upon arriving at this restaurant, we placed our order and everything went smoothly (despite the fact that the establishment is managed by a group of 16 year olds). However, our food took 45 minutes to be served, and those who ordered after us received their meals before us. This was quite surprising.
