Finally managed to get a table at this popular pub when in Keswick on Holiday.It has a great range of beers/ales and lovely food which we all enjoyed and the goulash was excellent as always.The large version is huge so beware unless you have a big appetite like me. Staff are also good and really helpful so see you next year if we come to Keswick. read more.

We called in after a days walking having had the pub recommended by friends and the landlady of our BnB. The atmosphere and beer selection was amazing. Well kept Guinness and a very smooth Borrowdale bitter. However; the Goulash was very poor, having returned earlier this year from Hungary, we were so disappointed, The potatoes were old/ had that heated up taste.
