East Side Mario's Alliston

Service was nice but slow. That was because apparently they were short staffed. Food was very delicious.

Went back in October, food was spectacular. Was surprised how well the salmon was cooked. But no crayons for my daughter and she was so upset so we had to go and buy some. Last time they didn't have regular milk for her either. I get there was some training being done but the service was really poor. Our salad never came the way we asked. Had nothing in it as well that it was supposed to as a garden salad, instead they drenched it in dressing. Literally it was just lettuce and a lonely tomato when we said bo olives.

East Side Mario 's has been in Alliston for years. I have made many attempts, but have never once had a good experience and it only seems to get worse as the years go on.The food has lost quality, and even during slow hours, the wait times are extremely long. The last two times I ordered pasta there was hair in it, and the all you can eat bread was only brought to the table once. The service is unpleasant and far from warm and friendly, and the restaurant is dirty.Would not recommend.

This is my favorite place to go out for dinner, I'm so so happy that it's back open

Went to this location once and was not very impressed. The food is “mediocre” at best. Nothing that I tried was “excellent”. The staff is professional and friendly but the menu is pretty bland.
