Here twice, first time was excellent, very chewing beautiful texture noodles with unique flavors. The second time, noodle was sad and soggy. The cold noodle has thick sesame oil (some people really like it, but I prefer peanut sauce style). The cold chili chicken was really good both time we visited. I had the Cumin lamb biang biang noodle soup served in a chipped bowl. Not the best biang noodles I?ve had, but Tasty soup and spice on the lamp. the noodle was nice and chewy. It seemed quite busy when I went in but I was seated right away. But no one came over with a menu, or take my order. Ordered serval noodles and Sichuan fish fillet with preserved vegetable. Lanzhou beef noodle is good,others are okay but not good.
