talvez sejamos apenas americanos, mas não somos. e o polvo não estava cozido demais, tostado depois de um bom sous vide. o peixe estava lindamente grelhado

maybe we are just american, but we’re not. and the octopus was not overcooked, seared after a nice sous vide. the fish was beautifully grilled
