What User doesn't like about Manga Sushi:
Don't bother trying this restaurant... The chefs are amateurs at best, and their sushi and seaweed salads are definitely not authentic Japanese. Most of the dishes are mediocre and drowning in mayonnaise and ketchup. I visited twice and won't be going back for a third time. Overall, extremely disappointing. View all feedback.

We were craving some sushi one evening in Almaty. We saw that the reviews for these places for positive and that it was open. The menu has a lot of choice of sushi, miso soups, rice dishes, salads. Everything looked so good we ordered enough to feed a whole family! Everything we tasted was amazing. I personally enjoyed the seafood salad with peanut sauce along with the cooked salmon making with fish eggs. The design of the restaurant is also very nice, all in the style of manga. Mangas everywhere, the waiters are dressed manga style.
Super Restaurant not only for Sushi, there are other Japanese dishes, too. The interior is nice, the food is served relatively quick and our waitress even spoke a little English.
One of the best place in Almaty for eating Sushi with reasonable price. They have good shrimps and craps also.
