Despite having a booking made through the Ritz Carlton Almaty website, when we arrived it was to a sign on the restaurant door advising that Seven Bar and Restaurant was closed until September. When we advised hotel staff and showed our booking they were bemused, but offered not even an apology. Interesting experience. View all feedback.
