Me and my girlfriend arrive at 12 midnight after a very long day of activities. We arrive at the room completely exhausted and then we notice that we have not been given the room we reserved. Apparently they had overbooked the King Deluxe rooms and we were downgraded (without notice and without compensation) to another room.
