"This place has always been our go-to place to get ice cream. The quality is great! Since the new ownership has taken over, it seems to be a little more slow with the speed of receiving our items when we're in the drive-thru. This could of course be due to decreased staffing due to the world's circumstances right now, so definitely not all the location's fault. However, previously when my family would only order ice cream through the drive-thru and we were behind cars with a large food order, a worker would come out the back door and give us our ice cream/take our money so it could be quicker and we could pull around and be on our way. Lately that hasn't happened and we are always waiting for 10 minutes for ice cream. Then when we get to the window, the ice cream has melted as it must have been made as soon as we ordered it. Not a huge deal, I would just recommend if it's possible to continue to bring out smaller items from the back door or have the food person pull off into a parking spot and run their food out when ready like at fast-food chains. Other than this everything is great and we love the experience!"

"The fish chips were excellent, and so was the cider. Great service. Fish was lightly breaded with plenty of fish. Apple burger was tasty. Fries were perfectly cooked and made with a twist. Will come back when I visit Michigan again."

"First of all, bring your winter coat! Than make sure you have at least 2 hours for a quick breakfast. My son and I didn't get service for at least 20 minutes after we were seated. Finally we asked if we had a server, when she finally came over shecompletely cut my son off while he was ordering . I ordered French toast was and it wasc delicious , My son order crepes heliked them too. So bottom line slow, rude service but good food. And if you like ti freeze while eating and long waits than it'sa match made in heaven!"

"The Shepards Pie is something of the best I ever had, including what I had in Ireland. And I love the Sodabrot! But it's the people who make this a favorite place. It is a typical friendly Irish neighborhood pub to go."
