"They make really good waffles and it is really good with the coffee or hot chocolate. the waffels are the crispy, but a bit soft. they tasted the drinks with creative foam art. the place is quite spacy and well ventilated. just that it's a bit echo, maybe something has to be made soundproof. a great service of the staff. the caffeine is located above the bank rakyat simpang kuala."

"Food: Variety of menu offered. Portion besar tapi rasa average. Mungkin boleh improve lagi masakan tu. Service: very poor. Unfriendly and rude staff. Most of the reviews here also state the same thing about the weakness of the staff in terms of customer service skills. Environment: Although this cafe has a large space with many tables to cater to a large crowd and deco yang cantik, yet the environment is very unwelcoming. Terlalu banyak do 's and dont 's yang customer kena baca yang diletakkan sepanjang kedai. Antaranya: tiada toilet di sini , makanan tak habis, nak bungkus, sila layan diri , tak boleh tukar menu ikan siakap etc. Please consider bagitau all these things directly to customers rather than paste it all over the cafe. It is hoped that all the above comments will be considered and improved to increase customer satisfaction effectively."
