Bought a cake with lazada coupon, hd some problem in redeeming (lazada website) but d staff treat it wisely. Kudos. Called another branch, got no more whole cake due to increasing demand; festive, birthday, keja kawen some more luck here still hv, byk option jgk, phew~ so, better u call n ask what kind of cake they still hv, book at what time u want, or also u can walk-in, no more option n buy slices read more.

Teach this to your employees, monitor in front of the line first. Ask them if they've been served. Don't just ask random people in queue just in front of you.
