Returned from Presque Isle when we reached John Boys Restaurant for a quick bite. Place is open around the clock, which was brilliant, but we showed at 1 o'clock and was quickly waited and had a very friendly waitress. The waiting period for the food was a bit long, but the place was full of people (we also had 7 in our party) so that it was to be expected. The food was served hot and delicious! What Tia Lent doesn't like about John Boys:
Friendly folks, mediocre food. We came in town for a shipwreck tour and grabbed lunch. We got a chicken sandwich, mushroom Swiss burger, chicken tender basket, wimpy burger, and a grilled cheese. Coleslaw seemed really wet and they didn?t have Dr Pepper.Locals came in and staff knew their orders already and the staff were friendly. read more.
