What Clotilde doesn't like about Cilantro's Mexican Food:
Too bad there is no ZERO stars. My elderly mother told the cashier that her food was too watery. She asked to speak with a manager. The cashier grimaced, refused to get a manager, yelled a few hostile phrases and said that Cilantro's does not give refunds, replace or, remake meals.
